On collection of my order I was greeted by two lovely ladies one named Sue, and unfortunately I didn’t catch the other ladies name. Due to my order being for this coming Friday I was anxious the size of the dress I ordered would need adjusting, the staff reassured me and helped me pick the most perfect dress for my engagement party. Throughout the whole process the staff were very patient and friendly.. I feel as though they delivered a 5 star customer service, and I couldn’t feel more satisfied with my choice and the help off the ladies. They also gifted me a gorgeous note pad and pen as I kind gesture, it’s definitely the little things that count. I have ordered many times previously and will continue to order from this amazing brand! Thank you all so much.

So shocking. Dress arrived clearly already worn with marks and pulled strings. Now the return has been declined due to this fact, it’s an absolute joke. £50 for absolutely no reason, plus they want me to pay more to have a used dress sent back to me. Genuinely is a joke.

Ordered a dress and arrived next day super fast delivery the dress had a slight problem with the zip I contacted and they responded within 10 minutes were very helpful they sent a new one out straight away and arrived super quick again. Unfortunately the dress didn’t suit me so I sent it back and been refunded within 2 days will definitely order again for another occasion

The dress was lovely quality would defo buy again, the only down fall was you didn’t add my adress luckily the post office here know me.

They are cons and something needs to be done about this scamming company. They should not be allowed to sell tacky good in order to take innocent peoples money! This is totally unacceptable! Trading standards needs to step in fast! Avoid this company at all cost, they are fraudulent!


I wrote to you serval times and you ignored my email, so please don’t act like the victim. I believe that you wanted to keep my money, like you have done to multiple customers! Alway coming up with an excuse! I’m not going to thank you for refunding me back my money as you should have done this months ago. I will not be shopping on your website ever again, so will never need to collaborate with each other.

The dress was exactly like the pictures and described perfectly. I did get the wrong size but was able to order a new one. I was really surprised at how fast the first dress came.
